The client is a consulting company operating in power engineering and automation solutions, delivering turnkey systems for electricity distribution, industry, as well as wind, solar, water, and thermal power plants, with projects in Sweden and the rest of the Nordic countries. They have specialist expertise in power engineering and automation solutions, and their Nordic presence enables the execution of projects that meet customer demands for quality and functionality.

The company continuously works on developing and implementing power engineering facilities, focusing on high technical standards and industry-specific expertise.

The position is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the positionAs a construction engineer with the client, you will work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors. You will take responsibility for various parts of earthworks, concrete, and civil engineering structures. The working method is characterized by community, flexibility, trust, and quality.

You will also:

• Develop and ensure technical solutions within earthworks, concrete, and civil engineering that meet norms, standards, and project-specific requirements.

• Act as a technical contact for clients and subcontractors and contribute to constructive and cost-effective solutions.

• Be the link between design and production on site, and support the project organization with technical expertise throughout the project.

• Participate in site visits, technical reviews, and design meetings.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in earthworks, construction, or civil engineering.

• Are proficient in producing and interpreting drawings, for example in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit/BIM.

• Have experience in dimensioning concrete and civil engineering structures, for example in FEM-Design or equivalent.

• Can work independently but also collaborate closely with colleagues and clients.

• Have good communication skills and confidence in technical dialogues with both clients and executing parties.
